Our services

  • KYC services
    On behalf of our clients, we regularly deal with compliance procedures of other service providers and banks, in the Netherlands and abroad. We assist with preparing compliance reports, overviews of documents, KYC files, coordinate compliance and onboarding procedures.
  • Secretarial services
    Representation and administrative coordination, forwarding and processing of mail, calls and deliveries.
  • Verification services
    We assist with checkup of Dutch entities: obtaining extracts, notarial deeds, tracing and verifying filings.
  • Relocation and migration
    For clients that are planning to relocate their management or personnel to the Netherlands, we assist with practical, legal and administrative aspects of relocation, coordinate migration procedures and secondment with befriended migration law firms and payrolling agents.
  • International project coordination
    As an independent firm, Strik Tax | Legal is not part of any international groups or franchises. Instead, over the past 30+ years, we have built a network of other independent, agile, reliable legal, tax and accounting consultancies all over the world. This allows us to effectively coordinate cross-border projects while remaining affordable and predictable for our clients.
